About Grandmaster Mountain Kim
Grandmaster Mountain Kim is internationally known as an early pioneer in the martial arts industry. Immigrating from Korea in the late 60’s, he went on to open his first professional martial arts school in the basement of an old building in Falls Church, VA in 1973. About Master Danny Margoupis
Master Danny Margoupis aka “Master Danny” began studying martial arts in 1992 under his stepfather, Grandmaster Mountain Kim. Since then he has gone on to receive numerous black belts, and continue to spread the benefits of martial arts to his students in the Fredericksburg, Stafford, and Spotsylvania areas. In 2009, Master Danny opened his first location in the Fredericksburg area.

Master Danny started off college with the intent to major in business. During that time, he enrolled in a sport martial arts school that focused on creating international and national martial arts champions. After training for only 3 months there he decided to change his major to Exercise Science to fully understand the art and help his students blast through mental and physical barriers. • Master Danny is one of the only martial arts instructors in the area that holds multiple black belts in different styles, has direct, unlimited access to a prominent Grandmaster, and has a college education studying the effects of exercise on the human body.
